The case for this

Bookkeeping hasn't changed since the fax machine. Your accountant's bill has.

01

You find out in March.

Most firms close your books quarterly, at best. By the time you see a number worth acting on, the quarter it describes is already gone.

02

You pay for typing.

Traditional firms bill hours, and most of those hours are spent moving numbers between systems. You are funding data entry at $180 an hour.

03

The bench is emptying.

The supply of US accountants is shrinking while demand grows, so firms are stretched thin and small clients get the least attention.

How it works

A close you don't have to chase.

From source transaction to signed-off financials, the repetitive work moves quickly and the judgment stays human.

01

Connect, once.

You link your bank, card, payroll, and payment processors. We pull two years of history and build your chart of accounts around how you actually run the business. Setup takes about a week, and you do roughly 40 minutes of it.

02

The machine does the volume.

Every night, our system ingests transactions, matches them to invoices and receipts, categorizes them against your chart of accounts, reconciles every account, and drafts the workpapers behind each number.

03

A human signs off.

A US-based accountant reviews the exceptions, resolves anything ambiguous, and closes the month. Nothing reaches your financials unreviewed. The same accountant stays with your account.

04

You get numbers you can use.

By the fifth business day you have a closed month: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and a short written note on what moved and why. At year end, your tax return is built from books that were already right.

Accountability, intact

AI does the work. A licensed accountant owns the result.

Every return we file and every set of books we close is reviewed and signed by a credentialed US accountant. The AI is leverage, not a substitute for accountability — it means your accountant spends their time on judgment calls instead of data entry, and it means one person can take proper care of your account instead of juggling eighty.
